I am so lucky to have Hello Gorgeous Salon right across the street from my studio on Main Street in Middletown, MD. The salon graciously offers a generous discount to my clients who want to get pampered prior to their session. Maddie got the full experience, beginning with make up by the very talented Kace in the salon’s spa area upstairs. Kace provided Maddie with the beautiful neutral and natural  look that she wanted. The area is super peaceful and relaxing. Then we came down to get hair done my Christina. Maddie wanted a natural look with some movement. Christina did a beautiful job creating a look that went well with the formal and causal looks we were photographing.

Then we walked across Main Street to the studio and got started! Maddie brought a ton of amazing dresses. We started of with her 3 prom dresses and had a blast doing spins and posing. She also brought her point shoes and I was so excited to photograph her in them! We finished up with her casual look that included her “mom jeans” (how is this even a thing;) which she of course completely rocked. I don’t think there was ever a session that I had this hard of a time choosing images from. Maddie’s personality and beauty was unsurpassed! We had a great day and the time just flew by!
